No therapy session is cookie cutter. Our therapists work with you at the start of each visit to assess areas of pain, identify restrictions, and tailors the session to address those needs. If needed, we will combine modalities, techniques, methods, and practitioners to make sure you get the most out of your session.
Our therapists make every effort to tailor each session to your specific needs. Not every technique requires you to remove all your clothing and we will never force you do anything that makes you uncomfortable. After all, the would defeat the purpose of the session! Trust is a critical component to any bodywork session. For you to get the most out of each session, we need to earn your trust. Our therapists strive to ensure our therapy rooms are a safe place where you can relax and fall asleep, talk through your issues, or just have a moment to yourself.
