Once you secure your appointment with a credit card, you will get an email confirmation with directions to our office and instructions on how to change your appointment.  Please be sure you use an email address you check regularly.

 

CANCELLATION ALERT: There is a $50 fee charged for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and you will be charged the FULL PRICE if you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment.  This allows us to accommodate those on the waiting list.
