Friends & Family CPR Class

NEXT CLASS:  December 10th, 630pm-830pm

The FAMILY AND FRIENDS® CPR class includes a discussion of the maneuvers for adult/child/infant CPR and use of the AED (automated external defibrillator).  Techniques used to relieve choking in conscious adults, children and infants will also be discussed and demonstrated. This instructor-led course will guide participants through all the maneuvers with emphasis on hands-on practice with instructor feedback. Price includes student handbook.


This course is appropriate for individuals who do not need certification: expectant parents, grandparents, community groups, non-licensed personnel, babysitters and other individuals/groups who wish to learn how to save a life using CPR techniques.

COST: $35 per individual, $60 per couple

Hands-on Infant Development Facilitation Class

Join Dr. Kiley Coleman Gibbs, PT, DPT, MA, PCS, as she presents ways to support your baby through their development. ​​


This 90-minute hands-on class, instructed by a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Pediatric Physical Therapy, will teach parents techniques to facilitate acquisition of age-appropriate gross motor skills for infants. The class will review typical gross motor skills appropriate for the age group, commonly seen abnormal gross motor skills, and what to do if abnormal motor patterns are identified.  Parents will learn ways to facilitate helping their infant achieve the next set of appropriate gross motor milestones.  A standardized developmental assessment will be included for each child.  Space is limited to 6 infants. 

Age:  3-7 months, and premature infants adjusted to 3-7 months corrected age.  Not sure if your infant falls into this age group? Give us a call/email or send a message!

You’ll release fears together, learn how to work with your prenatal care provider to achieve your goals, tricks for encouraging your baby into an optimal position for birth, many comfort measures for pregnancy and labor, and so much more.

Little Tots Music Together

Come experience an early childhood music and movement curriculum for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their parents and/or caregivers.  Class consists of informal singing, chanting, moving, listening and instrument playing activities that are developmentally appropriate for young children.

Tuesdays at 9:30am OR 10:30am 

1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25, 3/3, 3/10, 3/17

Cost: $200 for the 10 class session.  There is an additional $20 enrollment fee for new families.

Pregnancy & Postpartum Movement Class

Join Dr. Ryan Kennedy, DC on January 11th from 1pm-230pm for a movement class specifically designed for pregnant and postpartum moms!  In this class you will learn proper posture and movements to help with comfort during pregnancy and increase recovery time postpartum.  We will go over how to properly:

  • Engage your core and butt muscles

  • Pick up your small kiddos

  • Get up and down off the floor to play with your children

  • And much, much more!

Infant Massage Instruction Class

January 25, 2020

Join Keri Smith, CMT for an infant massage instruction class on Saturday, January 25th at 1:30pm

This class will teach you to:

  • Connect with and calm your baby

  • Treat colic, gas, and other digestive issues

  • Help baby develop a sense of self

  • Boost baby’s immune system

  • Leverage holistic options to care for your baby

This class also introduces essential oils that can be used to calm, soothe, and help your baby. Samples of some of the oils will be provided as a free gift to you for participating.

The class itself takes about 45 minutes but allows time for diaper changes, feedings, and anything else families need to make the class calm and relaxing.

Please bring a pillow, a baby blanket, and your diaper bag.  No siblings please.

Cost: $80 (for up to 2 caregivers).  Registration is required by January 23rd.
