This class will walk through uses for essential oils for mom starting before pregnancy, to caring for you and your baby after delivery including:

• How to safely use essential oils for adults, children, toddlers, and infants

• Oils to support heathy respiratory function and combatting seasonal threats

• Oils that provide emotional support and can uplift your mood

 

Participants will be able to sample essential oils as well as make rollerballs to take with you. Class is FREE. Rollerballs are $5ea.

Join Katie Biladeau for an infant massage instruction group class.

​

This class will teach you to:

• Connect with and calm your baby

• Treat colic, gas, and other digestive issues

• Help baby develop a sense of self

• Boost baby’s immune system

• Leverage holistic options to care for your baby

 

Please have a pillow, a baby blanket, and feel free to use coconut or other neutral oil to help with the massage.

Participation is limited to 2 caregivers per infant.  No siblings please.

Little Tots Music Together (a mommy and me type music class) offers research based early childhood music and movement curriculum in Loudoun County, VA for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their parents and/or caregivers. Class time consists of informal singing, chanting, moving, listening and instrument playing activities that are developmentally appropriate for young children.
