Rebekah is an occupational therapist and founder of True Life Connection LLC (A provider of nature-based therapy and forest play groups). After years of working with kids and families using a holistic therapy approach, she became certified to provide Dynamic Body Balancing (DBB), to encourage healing from the structural level. Structure effects function and function effects participation in daily occupations! 

 

Personally, Rebekah and her husband Connor met in college at Saint Louis University and moved to the area after getting married. They enjoyed childhoods immersed in nature and wanted the same for their kids, making an effort to find the outdoor gems of Loudoun! Rebekah found the benefits of holistic healing through spending time outside, and decided to incorporate this innate God-given knowledge into practical practice through her business. She is a mother of 2 sweet kids under age 3 and keeps them actively enjoying the trails, streams, and playgrounds of Loudoun County!
